The Fremont Bistro, Tudor Pub and Celtic Catering are owned by Pete Coleman, long-time Chef originally from Sonoma County, also known as the Wine Country.

His 20 years as an award-winning Wine Country Chef in some of Sonoma County's best restaurants, coupled with his love of a good party, make him the ideal Chef for your South Lake Tahoe dining extravaganza or simple evening out.

Pete and his talented kitchen staff have teamed up to create flavorful, fresh, contemporary menus for each restaurant -- all unique to each other, but with the same high level of quality and style.
